CHEMSKILLSET: AHCCHM307 & AHCCHM304 Chemicals Skill Set
This skill set covers both AHCCHM307 Prepare and apply chemicals to control pest, weeds and diseases and AHCCHM304 Transport and Store Chemicals.
The course describes the skills and knowledge required to safely prepare and apply chemicals for the control of pests, weeds and diseases, using general application equipment and the skills and knowledge required to safely handle, transport and store chemicals.
This applies to individuals who work under broad direction and take responsibility for their own work. They use discretion and judgement in the selection, allocation and use of available resources and for problem solving.
The course is delivered over two (2) days consisting of practical and theory components.
Students are required to complete pre-course study prior to commencing face to face sessions.
